Overview
We manufacture a wide range of crop protection and care products covering entire lifecycles of a variety of crops targeting a broad spectrum of pest and disease complex. Our product portfolio includes crop protection products like pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides of both Technical and Formulation grades as well as crop care products like micronutrients, bio-fertilizers, plant growth promoters, soil conditioners and organic manures of different specifications.
Our businesses include a Formulation segment where we retail crop protection and crop care inputs in the domestic Indian market under the brand name “Universal”. With close to 200 product registrations and many years of continued market development, we have built a strong presence across multiple states of India. We also operate a bulk formulation business for the B2B segment of the market where we undertake contract manufacturing for several large multinational customers. Under our Technical business segment, we have launched a number of Technical Grade agrochemicals as well as key Intermediates targeting both export and domestic markets. With an increasing number of product registrations we are suitably positioned to supply to multiple countries across different geographies.

Currently, we operate four manufacturing facilities dedicated to technical and formulated pesticides, micro-nutrients and organic products. As of now, we have a production capacity of around 10,000 TPA of formulation products covering different formulation types including

The Technical and Intermediates plant is located at our Nagpur site where we have a production capacity of nearly 4,000 TPA. With several independent reactor lines we are capable of handling multiple TC grade molecules simultaneously including herbicides.
Our manufacturing plants include dedicated R&D and QC facilities which undertake chemical synthesis, analytical development as well as pilot scale manufacturing. They play an integral role in our overall operations and enable us to deliver on the quality expected of our products. Our plants and R&D facilities are managed and operated by engineers, chemists and professionals with strong academic backgrounds and rich experience in the agrochemicals domain.

We intend to explore new markets and geographies, vertically integrate our manufacturing capabilities and forge strategic partnerships in pursuit of our strategic goals.
In these area, we work closely with the farmer communities. Our front line market executives remain actively engaged with the farmers through multiple platforms, understanding their issues and requirements to deliver a solution that can help improve farm livelihoods. Throughout the year, we run multiple outreach programs and promotional campaigns to connect with the farmers. Our channel partners play a very important role in building this bridge with the farmers. We deeply value these relationships and consider our channel partners as key stakeholders of our organization.
